Las respuestas 2010-2012 a nuestro llamado mundial, permitieron elaborar el Consenso sobre la Humanidad del Tercer Milenio: Normas para Planeta Tierra y Universo. Es una suerte de constitución mundial, no vinculativa, que deberá tener plena vigencia a partir del 1 de enero del 2020. Llamamos a voluntarios para que nos apoyen, en la tarea siguiente: construir un escenario de la humanidad al 31 de diciembre del 2999, bajo el supuesto de que la arriba mencionada constitución efectivamente sea vigente a partir del 2020. En otras palabras, los voluntarios nos ayudarán a responder a la interrogante: ¿Cómo será la humanidad al iniciar el año 3000, si efectivamente entra en vigor el Consenso sobre la Humanidad del Tercer Milenio? Nótese que se trata de un trabajo SIN PAGA ALGUNA, que se desarrollará, si asi lo desea el interesado, en su lugar de residencia actual.

Nota: Andy Coghlan y Debora MacKenzie, de la revista científica New Scientist (19/10/11) revelan “la red capitalista que gobierna el mundo”, basados en una investigación de tres teóricos de los “sistemas complejos” –Stefania Vitali, James B. Glattfelder y Stefano Battiston– del Instituto Federal de Tecnología Suizo, con sede en Zurich.... 'Un análisis de las relaciones entre 43 mil trasnacionales ha identificado un relativamente reducido grupo de empresas, principalmente bancos (¡supersic!), con un poder desproporcionado sobre la economía global'. Se confirma el supremo poder que ejerce la bancocracia, quintaesencia de la parasitaria plutocracia global.
Metodlogía: Los investigadores suizos extrajeron de ORBIS 2007 –base de datos que lista 37 millones de empresas e inversionistas en el mundo– los datos de 43 mil 60 trasnacionales y la participación propietaria que las vincula entre sí, con lo que 'construyeron un modelo que expone a las empresas que controlan a otras mediante redes de acciones en común, acoplado a los ingresos operativos de la empresa' que revela 'el mapa de la estructura del poder económico'. “... El notable hallazgo, que será publicado de manera formal en PLoS ONE –publicación científica de Public Library of Science–, ((reveló que en 2007)) un núcleo de mil 318 empresas con propiedad accionaria entrelazada; cada una estaba ligada en promedio con otras 20. Coghlan y MacKenzie explayan que “aunque las mil 318 empresas representan 20 por ciento de los ingresos operativos globales, son dueñas en forma colectiva mediante sus acciones en la mayoría de las empresas estelares (bluechips) y manufactureras del mundo –es decir, la economía “real”– que representa 60 por ciento adicional de los ingresos globales”. ¡Son las dueñas “invisibles” del mundo gracias a la conectividad de redes financieras! Cuando los investigadores profundizaron y desenmarañaron la red propietaria, encontraron que ésta llevaba a una “superentidad” de “147 empresas aún más estrechamente conectadas –cuya propiedad total está controlada por otros miembros de la superentidad– que controlan 40 por ciento de la riqueza total de la red”, es decir, “menos de uno por ciento (¡extrasupersic!) de las empresas controlan 40 por ciento de la red entera”, cuya “mayoría son instituciones financieras”. Entre las 20 primeras destacan el banco británico Barclays, y los bancos estadunidenses JPMorgan Chase & Co, y el Grupo Goldman Sachs.
